SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION

The Administration Pastor  must be excellent at and enjoy the work of administration, organizational strategy, and communications. He will oversee the big-picture (i.e., strategy and organization) and the small details (i.e., budgets, offerings, staff schedules, and meeting agendas). He will define, build, and manage the organization and its infrastructures. The Administration Pastor  must have sound theology (be in full agreement with the  RHNC Statement of Faith), pastoral discernment, communication skills, teaching abilities, servant-hearted leadership, humility, and love.  The Administration Pastor  will be a pastor first, and an administrator second. For that reason, he must be qualified as a pastor/elder/overseer according to the Scriptures. This is a full-time pastoral ministry position

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • PossessBachelors in business field or preferably in ministry/theology 

  • Minimum 5 years experience in business or ministry 

  • Strong emotional quotient of self-awareness, empathy toward others, and open to direction and guidance 

  • Confidence this could be a long-term job 

  • Digitally competent 

  • Able to manage projects and provide group training 

  • Excellent writing skills and communication 

  • Able to manage and mediate conflict 

  • Competent, light-hearted, and self-led 

  • Competent in financial software

  • Can use Google drive or microsoft office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • experience at the Ministry. 

  •  Working knowledge of Planning Center Online and Church Community Builder ( if not we are training you) . 

  • Experience recruiting, training, and leading a high-octane volunteer team. 

  • Experience planning and facilitating training, large events, and retreats. 

  • Experience managing a ministry budget. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk and will occasionally be required to do some light lifting (up to 25 pounds). 

PERSONAL LIFE REQUIREMENTS

  • Model biblical understanding and maintain a consistent personal devotional life; 

  • Model biblical commitment and become a covenant member of Rising Hope Neighborhood Church; 

  • Model biblical family life before the body and regularly attend worship service with your family; 

  • Model biblical integrity and conduct personal life in a manner consistent with RHNC  core values; 

  • Model biblical community

  • Model biblical generosity and financially support Rising Hope Neighborhood Church.

  • BA DEGREE

  • Ministry Experiences
